"First time user and experience was great. Clean car and the driver was friendly and professional. Had my default tip at 15% but able to change it on the fly. Seeing how far out the cab was and seeing it on the app it was very accurate. EDIT: This service is not what it used to be. When no Teo taxis are available they send a diamond taxi which he had a difficult time finding my home by taking a much longer route to come pick me up."

"Always late. The estimated waiting time is way off, the app would say 6 minutes but in reality it's more like 30 minutes. Even when I book a ride one day in advance, it is still late. Unreliable service."

"So far so good. I reserved a taxi in advance. It was on time, the requested type of vehicle (electric) and the rate estimate was (surprisingly) accurate. It was the top end of the range and you have to add tip, but still totally expected. I would use it again!"

"Application inutilisable! Lorsque je tente d'entrer la destination, seul le dernier caractère entré apparaît. Celui-ci est écrasé si j'en entre un autre. J'ai tenté d'envoyer un message de feedback à Teo Taxi, mais cette fonctionnalité ne fonctionne pas non plus. J'ai utilisé Teo des dizaines de fois dans le passé, mais il fallait que PKP prenne le contrôle pour bousiller ce qui jadis fonctionnait très bien. Je vais continuer à utiliser Uber..."
